How do I download your patterns?

Check that you’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Reader. When ordering a Tessuti PDF pattern, we’ll send you an email. This email will include all the links you need to download your pattern, including pattern sheets and instructions.

I can’t find the email.

It might have ended up in your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, check that you gave us the correct email address when you placed your order.

I can’t download the pattern.

We strongly recommend downloading to a laptop or desktop computer. When you click a link, your computer will automatically download the file. Check your ‘Downloads’ folder if you can’t see it. If you’re having trouble downloading files to an iPad, read through these tips - http://www.macinstruct.com/node/444

Which files do I download?

If you’re printing the pattern on a home printer, select and download the necessary files named ‘Print-At-Home’. If you wish to have the actual size version printed at a copy shop, download the sheet/s named ‘Actual Size’.

My test square doesn’t measure 10cm x 10cm

Always print the test square page first to check you’ve got the print scale correct. Make sure you’ve set your file to print at 100% (or actual size). On some very rare occasions, printers won’t print to scale even when set to 100%. If this is the case, we recommend you send it to a copy shop.

How do I put together a PDF print-at-home pattern?

Visit our How-To blog post here.

I’m missing some pattern pieces.

Have you downloaded all the pattern sheets? Each pattern product page (in the online shop) lists how many sheets are included in your pattern.

I’ve downloaded my pattern but I can only see blank pages.

Check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. If not, download and install and be sure to restart your computer before trying to print again.

I ordered the pattern a while ago but now I seem to have lost my original email with the file links.

When you receive your order, we recommend that you download and save your pattern files immediately. If you can’t locate your order, please email us fabrics@tessuti.com.au with your full name, pattern details and approximate date of purchase.

How much do you charge for postage?

For fabric orders under AU$150, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10 within Australia and $30 for overseas. Free shipping is provided for all local and international orders over $150.

If you’re located outside of Australia and purchasing only one or two hardcopy patterns, we charge $11 for one pattern and $20 for two. Three or more hardcopy patterns incur the regular shipping charges.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-5 working days for deliveries within Australia. For international orders, please allow 6-20 working days. When shipping overseas, delays may occur during the customs stage.

I’ve changed my mind/don’t like the pattern/fabric. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds/exchange on cut fabrics, remnants and patterns (hardcopy or digital) so please select carefully before placing your order.

We do our very best to photograph and represent our fabrics with colour accuracy. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device/monitor. If unsure and to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing a $1 fabric sample. To do this, select the ‘Order $1 Swatch’ button on the product page. If you can’t see this button it means that we don’t cut samples on that particular fabric e.g. bridal/beaded laces, panel pieces etc. If you would like to purchase our minimum cut (10cm), please email or contact our Surry Hills store on 02) 9281 5536 to enquire.

If you have placed an order and received the wrong fabric, please email us fabrics@tessuti.com.au

For any other shipping/returns queries, please refer to our Shipping & Refunds page.

I only use imperial measurements. Please tell me how much I need in yards.

Where applicable, the product pages will display the price per yard as well as price per metre and 1/4 of a metre.
